Love Without Limits – Summer Book Discussion in Lincoln Park
July 16, 2019 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Save the dates to join us beginning in late May for lively monthly book discussions that explore important spiritual, social and cultural topics. Discussions will take place on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket and meet on the northwest quadrant of Lincoln Park near the Farmers Market. Most or all of these should be available at local libraries and book stores, but we will have a copy of each book available for loan in the library by May 21. Pilgrim Church is the backup location in the event of rain.
Love Without Limits by Jacqueline Bussie (2018)
“If you believe, as I do, that love is the heart of Jesus’ message and should be the point of the Christian life, then you’ll be surprised to see how few books there are that aim specifically to help you become a better practitioner of love. And you’ll be thrilled when a book like this comes along–super well-written, really inspiring and practical, deeply engaged with scripture, and joyfully celebrating the primacy of love.’ – Brian D. McLaren, author of The Great Spiritual Migration
