Pilgrim’s congregation voted in late 2017 to become a sanctuary church with a three-fold commitment to education, advocacy & in-house support as needed to immigrant

neighbors being threatened with deportation. After more than a year of hosting a person seeking a stay of deportation, we are continuing to work with
interfaith congregations and neighbors on immigration justice.

Join Pilgrim friends, community and ecumenical partners for monthly immigration justice and prayer vigils downtown at the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Building, 1240 E. 9th St.,
Cleveland. These monthly vigils continue on the first Thursday of the month from 4 to 5 p.m.   Over the winter, vigils take place December 5, January 2 and February 6 at the Federal Building.
